1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Kashmir Taxi Service and, where applicable, the required advance payment.

2. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may change without prior notice; however, the confirmed booking amount will remain unchanged unless the itinerary is modified by the customer.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking and contact information.
• Carry valid government-issued identification during travel.
• Respect the driver, vehicle, and local laws.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer may result in additional charges.

4. Driver & Vehicle

Vehicle allocation depends on availability. In unavoidable circumstances, an equivalent or upgraded vehicle may be provided without additional charges.

5. Delays & Force Majeure

Kashmir Taxi Service shall not be responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by weather conditions, road closures, landslides, strikes, government restrictions, traffic, natural disasters, or any event beyond our reasonable control.

6. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund requests will be processed according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy available on this website.

7. Liability

While we make every effort to provide safe and reliable transportation, Kashmir Taxi Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delays, cancellations, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Website Usage

All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Kashmir Taxi Service and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
